I’m new to Dive, how should I register an account to access my employee page?
All new users who wish to access their company pages should register via divedeals.sg/corporate. If your company has provided you with a referral code, do remember to input that when signing up for an account. Otherwise, your company may have chosen to use your company email domain @company.com too. Once you have logged in, you should be automatically redirected to your company’s page, otherwise access it directly through the url in the same browser.
If I already have an account with Dive, how should I go about registering for access to my employee page?
If you already have an account with us, no worries at all! If your company has allowed you to register via your own email, they should have provided you with a referral code, simply input that when signing up under divedeals.sg/corporate and you should have appropriate access once in! If your company limits strict access to only company domain emails, please use that email to register a new account instead.
How do I redeem the deals?
- Promo code or on partner’s website/portal, usually we provide a deep link to the respective product & service pages wherever technically feasible.
- Promotions are auto-applied and must be clicked via the button at the bottom (on mobile) or on the side (on desktop) for the discounts to be displayed correctly

Can I save my deals for future reference?
Yes, you can! Whenever you save/like an existing deal, your deals will automatically be saved in your profile. You may access all you existing saved/liked deals in your profile by clicking on ‘My Profile’.
Why isn’t there a wallet which I can claim from the merchants directly?
We synergize with other fintech companies so you can still pay with your preferred payment app, be it DBS PayLah!, ShopeePay, GrabPay etc. and redeem your points there. You are not locked down to any wallets 🙂
How many redemptions can I make?
It depends on the terms & conditions of the deal from merchants, it’d be detailed on the deal page for any limited numbers of redemptions.
Why are there ShopeePay deals?
ShopeePay is an important partner of Dive Perk in which they also work with the merchants together to provide extra sweet savings usually with $0.01
Why are there general offers?
The general offers are handpicked from over 1000 promotion at any one time. These are great savings and share-worthy so that employees will not miss out on such great deals along with their exclusive offers, all in one platform.

Absolutely yes! We are in constant conversation with merchants and we have been continuously adding 10-20 new deals every month.
